Just a couple more steps!
The two airports we ask you to use are Ontario, CA, (ONT), and Las Vegas, NV, (LAS). Both are about two hours from camp, and there is no extra charge to you for the shuttle if you stay within the time guidelines that we request. Las Vegas (LAS) is our preferred airport with great prices and a wide variety of options. The airport itself is brightly lit, comfortable to be in, and has plenty of options for snacks and food while you wait (if you need to.) It is a busy airport with people coming and going all day and all night. Do not fly into LAX (Los Angeles).
Session 1
Airplane Arrival Dates
- May 30 (Saturday)*

- Shuttles will run from 1 PM – 10 PM
- Must land by 9 p.m. that night.
- May 31 (Sunday)
- Las Vegas (LAS)
- Must land before 1:00 PM
- One shuttle will pick everyone up
Car Arrival Dates
- May 30 (Saturday)*
- Arrive between 3-10 PM
- No meals provided
- If you need to arrive earlier please contact Emily Lawson.
- May 31 (Sunday).
- Arrive between 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Airplane Departure Dates
- July 4 (Saturday)
